   HASKELL. IN ARKANSAS...SEBASTIAN.

 * AREAS OF LIGHT SNOW OR FLURRIES WILL PERSIST THIS EVENING BUT
   THE THREAT OF ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATING SNOW HAS ENDED. MANY ROADS

 * IN OKLAHOMA...CHEROKEE AND ADAIR. IN ARKANSAS...WASHINGTON...
   MADISON...CRAWFORD AND FRANKLIN.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
 * A NARROW BAND OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL AFFECT PARTS OF
   CHEROKEE...ADAIR...WASHINGTON...MADISON AND POSSIBLE NORTHERN
   WASHINGTON AND FRANKLIN COUNTIES INTO THE EVENING.

   AN ADDITIONAL HALF INCH TO INCH OF SNOW MAY FALL THROUGH 8 PM.
