   PUSHMATAHA...TULSA...PITTSBURG...WAGONER...CHOCTAW...
   WASHINGTON...OSAGE...PAWNEE...SEQUOYAH...MCINTOSH...MUSKOGEE...
   LE FLORE...LATIMER AND HASKELL. IN ARKANSAS...WASHINGTON...
   MADISON...CRAWFORD...SEBASTIAN AND FRANKLIN.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
 * SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE IN MANY
   AREAS ROUGHLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 40 THROUGH THE
   AFTERNOON. AREAS BETWEEN HIGHWAY 412 AND INTERSTATE 40 COULD
   SEE AN ADDITIONAL HALF INCH TO AN INCH OF SNOW. MOST OF THE
   SNOW IS EXPECTED TO TAPER OFF BY LATE AFTERNOON.

 * ROADS IN THE ADVISORY AREA MAY BECOME SLICK AND HAZARDOUS...
   ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES AND NON-TREATED SURFACES.

 * USE EXTRA CAUTION IF DRIVING. ATTEMPT TO STAY ON TREATED
   ROADWAYS. EXPECT TRAVEL DELAYS.
