THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A WINTER WEATHER
ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY...

FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 * IN OKLAHOMA...CREEK...WASHINGTON...OSAGE AND PAWNEE.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
 * LIGHT SNOW WILL DEVELOP THIS MORNING ACROSS PORTIONS OF
   NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA WITH AROUND AN INCH OF ACCUMULATION EXPECTED
   IN AREAS WEST OF HIGHWAY 75 AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 44. WESTERN
   PORTIONS OF OSAGE AND PAWNEE COUNTIES MAY SEE AROUND 2 INCHES
   BEFORE THE SNOW DECREASES THIS AFTERNOON. NORTH WINDS GUSTING
   NEAR 30 MPH WILL CAUSE SOME BLOWING SNOW AS WELL.

 * ROADS IN THE ADVISORY AREA MAY BECOME SLICK AND HAZARDOUS...
   ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES AND NON-TREATED SURFACES.

   ACCUMULATE ON ROADWAYS.

ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND SLEET...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 6 PM CST MONDAY...

FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 * IN OKLAHOMA...PUSHMATAHA...OKFUSKEE...MCINTOSH...CHOCTAW...
   SEQUOYAH...PITTSBURG...OKMULGEE...MUSKOGEE...LE FLORE...LATIMER
   AND HASKELL. IN ARKANSAS...CRAWFORD...SEBASTIAN AND FRANKLIN.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
*  1 TO 3 INCHES OF SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED
   BETWEEN 3 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 6 PM CST MONDAY SOUTH OF
   INTERSTATE 40. A FEW AREAS MAY SEE AROUND 4 INCHES.

 * AREAS OF RAIN WILL DEVELOP OVER SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND SPREAD
   INTO WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS THIS AFTERNOON. PRECIPITATION WILL
   CHANGE TO SLEET AND SNOW DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON WITH THE
   ARRIVAL OF MUCH COLDER AIR FROM THE NORTHWEST. AREAS NEAR THE
   RED RIVER IN FAR SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA ARE NOT EXPECTED TO SEE
   PRECIPITATION CHANGE OVER UNTIL LATE THIS EVENING. SNOW AND
   SLEET ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE EXPECTED BEFORE
   PRECIPITATION TAPERS OFF AFTER MIDNIGHT. A SECOND ROUND OF
   MAINLY SNOW WILL DEVELOP MONDAY MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH
   THE AFTERNOON...WITH ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES OF ACCUMULATION
   LIKELY.
