 * IN OKLAHOMA...TULSA...ROGERS...PAWNEE...OTTAWA...WASHINGTON...
   OSAGE...CRAIG AND NOWATA.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
 * SNOW WILL INCREASE IN COVERAGE AND INTENSITY LATE TONIGHT AND
   EARLY SATURDAY MORNING. THE SNOW WILL MIX WITH OR CHANGE TO
   LIGHT SLEET AND THEN LIGHT FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE BY
   SATURDAY EVENING.

 * 2 TO 3 INCHES OF SNOW ARE EXPECTED FOLLOWED BY A THIN COATING
   OF ICE.

 * ROADS IN THE ADVISORY AREA WILL BECOME SLICK AND HAZARDOUS...

   INTO SATURDAY MORNING. THE SNOW WILL MIX WITH OR CHANGE TO
   LIGHT SLEET AND THEN LIGHT FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE
   DURING THE DAY SATURDAY INTO SATURDAY EVENING. TEMPERATURES MAY
   WARM ENOUGH NEAR THE RED RIVER FOR JUST RAIN BY LATE SATURDAY
   AFTERNOON.

 * 1 TO 3 INCHES OF SNOW ACCUMULATION MAY OCCUR NEAR INTERSTATE 40
   WITH LESSER AMOUNTS TO THE SOUTH. ICE ACCUMULATIONS UP TO A
   TENTH OF AN INCH ARE POSSIBLE.
