...FLOOD ADVISORY FOR AN ICE JAM IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON AKDT
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by an ice jam is expected.

* WHERE...The following area, Kuskokwim River including Napaskiak
  and Oscarville.

* WHEN...Until noon AKDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water is surrounding homes and flooding roads in both villages.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1050 AM AKDT, the River Watch Team reported an ice jam on
    the Kuskokwim River near the advisory area. Impounding water
    due to the ice jam will cause widespread lowland flooding and
    impact transportation.
