.SYNOPSIS...

High pressure situated over the Lower Texas coastal waters this
morning will gradually shift eastward today and allow weak onshore
flow to develop by this afternoon. Onshore flow will increase and
seas will slowly build tonight into Friday as low pressure
develops east of the Rockies. As a result, small craft advisory
conditions will be likely across portions of the coastal waters
beginning by Friday morning. Moderate to occasionally strong south
to southeast flow will then persist through the weekend into next
Monday given the persistent area of low pressure east of the
Rockies. Small craft advisory conditions will again be likely on
Monday.
