  Gale Warning, south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt
  and seas 6 to 9 ft expected.

* WHERE...Edisto Beach to Savannah out 20 NM.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 2 AM to 8 AM EDT
  Thursday. For the Gale Warning, from 8 AM to 6 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
