* WHERE...Grand Portage to Grand Marais MN, Grand Marais to
  Taconite Harbor MN and Taconite Harbor to Silver Bay Harbor MN.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 10 AM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will diminish for a time late this
  afternoon into tonight this evening before ramping up again
  Friday morning.
