...BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations of 9
  to 12 inches and ice accumulations of up to two tenths of an
  inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Southern Lake and Southern Cook Counties. This
  includes the Tribal Lands of the Grand Portage Reservation.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Patchy
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
  commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blizzard conditions are most likely this
  afternoon into this evening. Freezing rain is possible tonight
  into early Tuesday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must
travel, have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded,
stay with your vehicle.

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation. Additional snow
  accumulations of 5 to 8 inches and ice accumulations of around
  one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, North Cass, South Cass, Crow Wing,
  Northern Aitkin, South Aitkin, Carlton and South St. Louis and
  Pine Counties. In Wisconsin, Douglas County. This includes the
  Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band and the Mille Lacs Band,
  East Lake, Lena Lake, Big Sandy Lake and, Hinckley areas.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Patchy blowing snow
  could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow may change to freezing rain this evening
  into Tuesday morning with up to two tenths of an inch of ice
  accumulation.

* WHERE...Koochiching, North St. Louis, Northern Cook and Lake,
  North Itasca, Central St. Louis and South Itasca Counties.
  This includes the Tribal Lands of the Bois Forte Band, Lake
  Vermilion, Deer Creek and, Nett Lake areas.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow may change to freezing rain tonight
  into early Tuesday morning for portions of the Arrowhead.

  accumulations of 1 to 3 inches and ice accumulations of around
  one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Bayfield, Ashland, Iron, Burnett, Washburn, Sawyer and
  Price Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Lac
  Courte Oreilles Reservation, the Red Cliff Band, the
  northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band, the Bad River
  Reservation and the St. Croix Band in Burnett County.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A period of heavy snow with rates of one-
  half an inch up to an inch is possible this morning.
