  Bremer Counties.

  near Clarksville...to the Cedar River.

* WHEN...From this evening to early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Water affects S Prairie St.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 12.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.0
    feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage
    tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
