FOR SOUTHEASTERN CASS...NORTHWESTERN UNION...NORTHERN ADAMS AND
SOUTHERN ADAIR COUNTIES...
At 454 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Bridgewater, or
12 miles southwest of Greenfield, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Greenfield, Green Valley Lake, Lake Icaria, Fontanelle, Orient,
Massena, Cumberland, Bridgewater, Green Valley Lake State Park,
Greenfield Municipal Airport, Nodaway Park, and Lake Icaria State
Park.
