.DISCUSSION...High pressure dominates today and Friday with dry and
sunny conditions. Light easterly wind today becomes a modest
southeast breeze at around 15 to 20 mph on Friday. Daily min RH
values fall into the 30 percent range with some 20s possible in the
Tri-Cities region. A warm front then lifts through the region Friday
night into Saturday bringing warmer temps, breezy southwest flow,
and periodic rain chances this weekend.
