...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northern Whiteside,
Carroll, Jo Daviess, western Stephenson, Clinton, Jackson and central
Dubuque Counties through 1100 PM CDT...

At 1000 PM CDT, observations continued to indicate gusty winds ahead
of a line of showers along a line extending from near Galena
Illinois to Camanche Iowa. Movement was east at 50 mph. These
showers have a history of producing 40 to 50 mph gusts, much of this
being ahead of any rain.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could cause minor tree limb damage and blow
         around unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Dubuque, Clinton, Sterling, Rock Falls, Maquoketa, Morrison, Galena,
Mount Carroll, DeWitt, Camanche, Asbury, Savanna, Lena, Bellevue,
Stockton, East Dubuque, Lanark, Warren, Peosta, and Garden Plain.

This includes Interstate 88 between mile markers 33 and 35.
