Additional light to moderate rainfall is expected through this evening. Runoff from this rainfall will cause creeks and streams to rise out of their banks with some road closures likely. Within the past half hour Missouri Highway 129 in Putnam County was closed due to flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
