* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following
  counties, Burnet, Lee, Llano and Williamson.

* WHEN...From 4 PM CDT this afternoon through Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches, with isolated amounts
    greater than 3 inches possible.
