Isolated amounts in excess of 2 to 4 inches have already fallen in some locations and additional isolated amounts of 2 to 4 inches could be possible overnight. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
