.DISCUSSION...

Variable winds begin the day today with speeds of about 5 mph.
Winds will turn more to the south after 10am with an increase in
wind speeds up to 5-10 mph and then up to 15 mph by mid-afternoon.
No strong or sharp wind shifts are expected today.

High temperatures will warm to the mid 60s, resulting in relative
humidity down to about 24% late this afternoon. Smoke dispersion
will be fairly good through the morning given the light winds in
the mixing layer, with more improvement expected later in the
afternoon.
