The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Kaufman County in north central Texas...

* Until 1115 AM CDT.

* At 911 AM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3
  inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
           poor drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Ennis, Terrell, Seagoville, Kaufman, Crandall, Combine, Talty,
  Kemp, Grays Prairie, Cottonwood, New Terrell City Lake, Cedar
  Creek Reservoir, Elmo, Scurry, Oak Grove, Post Oak Bend City,
  Rosser, Oak Ridge, Ola and Becker.
