...FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

The Flood Warning will expire at 7 PM CDT this evening for a portion
of north central Texas, including the following areas, Collin and
Rockwall.

The heavy rain has ended. Nuisance flooding of low lying and/or poor
drainage areas may continue for a few hours until the water has had
a chance to recede. New flooding is no longer expected. Please
continue to heed remaining road closures.
