...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southeastern Leon
County through 530 AM CDT...

At 457 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Centerville, or 15 miles west of Austonio, moving northeast at 40
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern Leon
County, including the following locations... Redland, Pleasant
Springs, Centerview, Leona, and Eunice.

This includes Interstate 45 between mile markers 152 and 170.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
