.DISCUSSION...
Winds this morning are expected to start out of the northwest at
about 5 mph but are expected to become southwesterly to southerly
late this morning and early afternoon (also at around 5 mph), then
southeasterly at 10 to 15 mph, with gusts of 20 to 25 mph, by
late this afternoon (4 or 5 PM). RH values will start out around
60 percent this morning, but fall to 25-30 percent this afternoon.
The high temperature today will be in the upper 70s.

Expect a 20 to 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms
between approximately 9 PM this evening to 7 AM Thursday morning,
but only a trace to a couple of hundredths of an inch of rain is
expected, if anything at all.

A front moving through the area will bring gusty winds tonight
into Thursday, with winds becoming northerly and increasing to
around 30 mph with gusts to 35-40 mph around midnight tonight. The
strongest gusts will occur between midnight and 7AM Thursday
morning, but gusts of 25-30 mph can be expected into mid-afternoon
Thursday. RH values will start out above 70 percent in the morning
and fall to around 30 percent in the afternoon. The high
temperature will be around 60 degrees.
