For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
A disturbance will move across the area today with scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms possible. 2 to 4 inches of new snow is possible over
the mountains with locally up to 6 inches possible over the Park Range.
Roads are expected to remain wet during the afternoon. Drier weather
returns mid to late week with a warming trend from below normal today and
Wednesday towards above normal by Friday and Saturday. However, scattered
showers are still expected each day across the north.
