.DISCUSSION...
High pressure and dry conditions will prevail today with afternoon
RH values falling into 20 and 30s, lowest in the sandy soil areas.
Elevated fire weather conditions may develop over northern WI where
the green-up has been the slowest, as southeast winds gust to 15-20
mph. But the overall fire weather concern will be low due to recent
rain and lack of any winds over 25 mph. The next round of rain will
spread northeast across the area Tuesday morning and early afternoon,
with additional isolated to scattered showers and storms Tuesday
afternoon and evening. Most locations will see between 0.50-1.00"
of rain.
