This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Georgia, piedmont
North Carolina, western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Another round of thunderstorms is possible across the western
Carolinas late tonight into early Thursday morning. The mountains
have the best chance of seeing another round of strong to severe
thunderstorms late tonight. Some of the storms could produce damaging
wind gusts, frequent cloud-to-ground lightning, and torrential
rainfall. Additional weather watches are possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

The threat for strong to damaging wind gusts and localized flash
flooding will continue into Thursday morning. Scattered storms could
redevelop Thursday afternoon, potentially posing another threat of
isolated severe weather and locally heavy rainfall.
