...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN GREENVILLE...EAST
CENTRAL ANDERSON AND NORTHEASTERN ABBEVILLE COUNTIES THROUGH 1130 PM
EDT...

At 1053 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6
miles east of Anderson, or near Belton, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
East Anderson, Belton, Williamston, Honea Path, Homeland Park, Fork
Shoals, Princeton, and Broadway Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
