FOR WEST CENTRAL CHESTER...SOUTHEASTERN SPARTANBURG AND CENTRAL UNION
COUNTIES...
At 405 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles west of
Union, or 5 miles west of Buffalo, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to trees and power lines.
Locations impacted include...
Union, Monarch Mill, Buffalo, Carlisle, Rose Hill State Park, Cross
Keys, Leeds, Cross Anchor, Santuc, and Sedalia.
