* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Niihau and Kauai.

* WHEN...From noon HST today through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Flood prone roads and other low lying areas may be
  closed due to elevated runoff and overflowing streams. Urban areas
  may receive more significant flooding and property damage due to
  rapid runoff.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - A slow-moving convergence band will approach Kauai and Niihau
    from the west today and linger through Friday, bringing the
    potential for heavy showers and thunderstorms that could lead
    to flash flooding. Showers will move over the islands from
    the south, increasing the potential for flooding in normally
    dry leeward areas.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
