...PATCHY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING...

Patchy dense fog will continue to develop this morning, especially
in area river valleys. Visibilities of a quarter of a mile or
less will be likely, especially along the river valleys. The fog
will gradually lift and improve after sunrise this morning.

Fog, with visibility below a half mile at times, will require
lower speeds, and greater distances between vehicles. Do not
assume the road ahead is unobstructed. Slow down, use low beam
headlights, and allow more time to reach your destination safely
