Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Extreme Southeast Arkansas,
Northeast Louisiana, and Central Mississippi
National Weather Service Jackson MS
415 AM CDT Mon May 6 2024

.DISCUSSION...warm and humid southerly flow will support
chances for mainly afternoon and early evening storms early
this week. Dense fog will be a concern early this morning
over eastern and southern portions of the forecast area,
but surface wind and mixing should stay up enough tonight to
limit any fog potential.
