.DISCUSSION... High pressure will move into the region today and
remain for the next few days. Today, high clouds will stream
overhead. In the afternoon, atmospheric mixing will bring some
momentum aloft to the surface and result in gusty winds up to 20
mph out of the northwest. This mixing will also lead to marginal
dry air mix down, which will bring minimum relative humidity into
the upper 20% range. Deep mixing will lead to excellent smoke
dispersion today.
