...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1000 AM CDT...

For the following areas...

  Open Waters from Winthrop Harbor to Michigan City out to Mid
Lake...

At 934 AM CDT, showers were located along a line extending from 31 nm
west of South Haven Light to 26 nm northwest of St. Joseph Light to
16 nm northwest of Michigan City, moving east at 30 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Showers will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
