A storm system arriving from the southern Plains will spread
showers across central and southern Arkansas today. Any rain
farther north will be spotty. The system will exit to the east
tonight, and a quiet weather pattern is in store this weekend. A
potent storm system will bring another round of showers and
thunderstorms early next week.
