...HAZARDOUS SEAS WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM PDT EARLY
THIS MORNING...
...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM PDT THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...North winds of 10 to 20 kts with gusts up to 25 kts. For
  the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 8 to
  10 ft at 10 seconds. For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 6 to 8
  ft at 10 seconds expected.

* WHERE...For waters south of Cape Blanco and beyond 10 nm from
  shore.

* WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 5 AM PDT early
  this morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 PM PDT
  this evening.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially
  treacherous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will be beyond 10 nm
  from shore.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
should prepare for very steep seas and consider remaining in port
until conditions improve.
