...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM PDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 expected.

* WHERE...Portions of the Rogue Valley, including the Applegate
  and Sams valleys. This includes Grants Pass, Applegate, Ruch,
  Rogue River, Gold Hill, White City, Eagle Point, Shady Cove.
  The area also includes outlaying areas of Medford,
  Jacksonville, Phoenix, Talent, and Ashland.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 AM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
