...ISOLATED STRONG WIND GUSTS EXPECTED UNTIL THE MID AFTERNOON...

There have been a few, intermittent southwest gusts approaching
wind advisory criteria over inland areas away from Lake Michigan.
These gusts should continue on an isolated to widely scattered
basis until around the 4 PM hour. Winds will then ease off below
the threshold of concern.
