.SYNOPSIS...Intensifying low pressure centered about 240 nm SE of
Cape Hatteras will move N and NE along the eastern portion of the
waters tonight and Tue. The strong low pressure will then move NE
away from the region Tue night and Wed. Mariners planning to be
in this area should execute avoidance plans. A cold front will
move off the New Jersey and Delmarva coasts Wed. The cold front
will move SE over the northern and central waters Wed night into
Thu, and will stall across the S waters Thu night into Fri. High
pressure will build SE into the N and central areas Fri and Fri
night, then into the S waters Sat and Sat night.
