.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough along the
coast of California will weaken tonight. A cold front will move
into the northern waters tonight and dissipate across the central
waters Fri. Low pressure will move into the northern waters Fri,
and will move across the central CA waters Sat and Sat night as
high pressure builds in from the NW. The high pressure will
continue to persist Mon into Tue night while a coastal trough
develops Tue into Tue night.
