Breezy west to northwest winds will continue to spread across the lower elevations and through the Cascade gaps today, then strengthen tomorrow with the passage of the systems. Strongest winds are expected in the Kittitas valley tomorrow, with 25-35mph winds with gusts up to 45-50mph. Elsewhere, mostly 15-25mph with gusts up to 35-40mph possible in the lower elevations. Minimum RHs will improve tomorrow into the upper 20s to lower 30s, but high pressure aloft returning Tuesday will bring RHs back into the upper teens to mid 20s.
