* WHERE...Eastern Columbia River Gorge of Oregon and Washington,
  North Central Oregon, Kittitas Valley, and Simcoe Highlands.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 11 PM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
  Patchy blowing dust near newly plowed fields may quickly reduce
  the visibility.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
