.DISCUSSION...
Dry weather is expected during the forecast period with partly sunny
skies Monday turning mostly overcast Monday night into Tuesday.
Winds will be from the north to northwest. Valley winds will be
around 10 mph or lower Monday and Monday night with ridgetop
winds up to 15 mph. By Tuesday afternoon, winds will begin
increasing with valley winds up to 12 to 16 mph with gusts up to
20 mph by Tuesday night and ridgetop winds up to 18 mph.
