.DISCUSSION...
Dry, warm conditions will persist today with afternoon highs in the
low to mid 70s. Winds today will continue to follow light
diurnal/terrain driven tendencies with typical afternoon breeziness.
Stronger winds will begin to pick up Saturday afternoon with some
gusts upwards of 20-25 mph. Winds further increase Sunday with
afternoon wind gusts climbing to 30-40 mph and potentially in excess
of 40 mph at times. The strong winds combined with dry conditions
will lead to elevated fire weather conditions Sunday. Min RHs
through the weekend will be around 15-20%, while overnight Max RHs
will be around 50%.
