.DISCUSSION...

For tonight, an upper level wave is moving over the region and
allowing for a few showers to be possible for the next couple of
hours, although these are expected to diminish throughout the night
with mostly cloudy to overcast skies expected through the early
morning hours tomorrow. Winds are expected to be generally light
throughout the forecast period, primarily out of the east through
tomorrow morning and then becoming more southeasterly, and
eventually switching around to the southwesterly direction by
tomorrow evening. Dry conditions are expected to persist during the
day tomorrow as high pressure builds in with slightly warmer
temperatures. As a precaution, Red Flag (high fire) conditions are
expected to return on Monday afternoon due to the anticipation of
lower RH values and stronger winds.
