* Gusty southwest winds and much colder conditions will prevail
  today, with lighter winds expected Friday.

* The best chances for snow showers will occur through the day
  today. Accumulations will be limited by higher April sun angles,
  but heavier snow bands may produce new snowfall of 2-5 inches.

* Additional snow shower chances will continue Friday, with below
  average temperatures persisting through the weekend.
