...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL DODDRIDGE AND
SOUTHWESTERN HARRISON COUNTIES THROUGH 615 PM EDT...
At 552 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Salem, or 12 miles west of Clarksburg, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Salem and Wolf Summit.
This includes Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 64 and
75.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
