.DISCUSSION....High pressure will promote pleasant spring conditions
across western Washington today and Tuesday. Offshore flow develops
tonight into early Tuesday afternoon with min RH values dropping into
the 30 percent range before onshore flow commences by Tuesday
afternoon. A weak cold front will pass across the region Tuesday
night into Wednesday, bringing light showers. Broad troughing will
anchor over the Pacific Northwest with a series of weak frontal
systems passing over the area with unsettled conditions featuring
light to moderate rain and mountain snow.

 Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
