...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1245 AM CDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
  county, Fisher.

* WHEN...Until 1245 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 939 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Radar estimates that 1 to 3 inches of rain has
    fallen in the past 3 hours. Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Rotan, Hobbs and Us-180 Near The Fisher-Scurry County Line.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    SH 70 crossing The Draw Southeast of Rotan, US 180 crossing 7
    miles west of Roby, FM 611 crossing 1 mile west of Rotan and
    FM 611 crossing 7 miles west of Rotan.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
