.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
A surface high pressure across the western Atlantic into the central
Atlantic will result in light to moderate winds with an easterly
component today into the upcoming days. Therefore, tranquil marine
conditions will prevail throughout the forecast period. Afternoon
convective activity could move from the islands towards coastal
waters, especially along western Puerto Rico.
