.DISCUSSION...A dry westerly flow will be over the burn site on
Monday and RHs at this time will be a bit lower than what they are
currently, with minimum relative humidity values generally in the
lower to mid 20s through Wednesday. The presence of a dry cold
front to the north of the area will result in winds of 10 to 20
mph on Sunday, with afternoon sustained winds in the 15 to 25 mph
range on Monday as the front passes. By Tuesday high pressure is
expected to temporarily move back in, resulting in light and
terrain driven winds for much of the day. Winds pick back up again
on Wednesday ahead of an approaching trough but they should be
not quite as strong as what is expected on Monday. High
temperatures will be at their peak on Sunday, with highs around 60
expected. The dry front will cool things down somewhat for Monday
with highs in the lower to mid 50s. Temperatures will be a bit
warmer for Tuesday into Wednesday with highs in the mid to upper
50s. Mostly clear to partly cloudy skies are expected Sunday
through Wednesday.
