...The National Weather Service in Tallahassee FL has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Florida...

  Chipola River at Marianna (US 90) affecting Jackson County.

For the Chipola River...including Marianna (US 90)...Minor flooding
is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.

The next statement will be issued by Saturday afternoon at 330 PM
CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY MORNING TO EARLY THURSDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Chipola River at Marianna (US 90).

* WHEN...From Sunday morning to early Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Water spreads out across the flood plain
  north of Marianna near Caverns Road inundating much of the
  Citizens Lodge Park.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 10.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late Sunday morning to a crest of 20.2 feet early Monday
    afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    20.1 feet on 12/06/2018.
