showers generally north of a Tulsa to Fayetteville line. Showers
were heaviest in Nowata county in Oklahoma and Carroll county in
Arkansas. Movement was to the east at around 20 mph. The average
amount where it rained last hour was one tenth to one quarter of an
inch with maximum amounts of one quarter to one half of an inch.
Coverage and intensity remained about the same as last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for late this morning and into this afternoon,
mostly cloudy, a chance of showers and thunderstorms with
temperatures 65 to 72 degrees and southeast winds 10 to 15 mph.
